Invest in your career and save your body with an evolutionary manual therapy technique. This 4-hour introductory class is a glimpse into a world where ligaments control muscles. Proprioceptors within the ligaments play a large role in the resting tone of muscles and fascia making it possible to manipulate myofascial tension, via the ligaments. The technique uses specific joint positioning, light pressure on the ligament and gentle muscular contraction to effectively release the tension in nearly any muscle of the body in a matter of moments. This modality may be one of the gentlest and most effective hands-on techniques you will even learn. You and your clients will be astonished by the amazing results achieved with so little effort.

Learn about the physiology behind this technique and leave with a good understanding about the role ligaments play in muscle and fascial dysfunction. In this basic level class you will learn to palpate the targeted ligaments needed for the application of Manual Ligament Therapy. Specifically you will learn pre- and post tests along with specific protocols for the neck, shoulders, hips and spine. Course content is geared towards healthcare professionals and athletic trainers.
