8 CEs

This introductory course is a glimpse into a world where ligaments control muscles. The technique uses specific joint positioning, light pressure on the ligament and muscular contraction combined to create a softness to the targeted tissues. Students in the class learn several releases over the whole body in this experiential class. This modality may be one of the gentlest and most effective hands-on techniques you will ever learn. You and your clients will be impressed by the results achieved with so little effort.

Learn about the physiology behind this technique and leave with a good understanding about the role ligaments play in muscle and fascial dysfunction. In this basic level class you will learn to palpate the targeted ligaments needed for the application of Manual Ligament Therapy. Specifically you will learn pre- and post tests along with specific protocols for the upper and lower body.. Course content is geared towards healthcare professionals and athletic trainers.
