Using the proprioceptive sensory qualities of ligaments, MLT reduces hypertonicity in muscles and fascia and can immediately activate those muscles that aren't doing their job with very little effort on the part of the practitioner. Best of all, it is extremely gentle on the client.

Learn about the physiology behind this unique technique and leave with a good understanding of the role ligaments play in muscle and fascial dysfunction. In this basic level class you will learn to palpate the targeted ligaments needed for the application of MLT. Specifically you will learn pre- and post tests along with specific protocols for the lower body. Including Glutes, hip flexors, protocols for knee injuries and dysfunction as well as working with the feet in a way you have never done before!  Course content is geared towards healthcare professionals and athletic trainers.

Invest in your career and make it last longer with M.L.T.!
